      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KPN (The Hague) in June 2016

      Interview

      Contact met een recruiter leidde tot een eerste gesprek, online assessment en een tweede gesprek. Echter was er bij elke stap in het proces verwarring: van de personen waarmee ik een gesprek had tot het niet bespreken van het online assessment in het tweede gesprek. Ook werd ik gevraagd de sollicitatieprocedure te beoordelen met als eerste vraag "bent u aangenomen" terwijl de procedure nog liep.
