My referral had short listed my CV for more than 7 months. He put up my CV for his Manager's review. But due to low budget the interview was postponed until July. Was called for an informal chat by the Quality Department staff.

Question 1
They said they are saturated with ideas and innovations in their QEHS department. They asked what new ideas or benefits I could bring about for their company if I am hired.
Their Documents had 29 procedures, they wanted me to reduce this number and see that there aren't any duplication.
