KSBJ interview questions

After applying and a phone screening I was invited to a formal interview. It turned out to be a grueling 6+ hour process where you had less than 30 minutes with over 10 people and a group meeting. The idea was to emulate how they conducted business. In that sense it was a great stamina test by keeping the pressure on. Everyone was beyond nice but if that many people have a say in if you get hired it means you have that many bosses.

First a phone interview was held. The second interview took place on site and lasted 4 hours. I was able to meet with the entire department I would be working with, spend some time with other individuals I would work closely with, get to know a few others outside of the department. Overall, it was a bit overwhelming for an interview, but great when taking the company as a whole into consideration. It really gives you a glimpse of what a work day would be like.
