Typical interview process. Reached out to me through a third party recruiter. Had a chat, determined they wanted to have a phone interview. Phone interview went well, had an in-person interview.
The only problem was how long it took between stages. They obviously wanted to keep the process moving, but it took a while. And when they eventually wanted to offer me a job, the recruiter kept calling me telling me "They want you, they just need approval from the President to send you the offer. Well, apparently, the president was out of town for a few days and didn't tell anyone. Obviously not the company's fault, but I ended up taking another offer that came in because I couldn't turn down an offer because of one that "might" come once the President is back from vacation.
But I loved the process. I spoke with at least 4 different people through the two interviews, but I never felt ganged up on. I loved the diversity of opinions and experiences. If I ever need a job, KU Resources is going to be my first call.
