Interview
This is one of the worst scamster company I have ever known till date.
After clearing 3 rounds of technical (1 hr each) and 1 live assignment round (4 hr), HR, CTO & CEO discussion, their rejection was on the ground of you don't have proper experience letter from the past organization.
In this pandemic time, everyone is issuing online relieving letter with option of validating signature online via Adobe. But they wanted hard copy stamped and signed from the company letter head.
Girl, get a life. Such a lame excuse. Have some spine to tell the truth.
And their CEO, hats-off to him. He openly says that he is not a supporter of work life balance. If you don't like it, you can simply go.
Now its upto u. I would say if u don't have any option left then only go for this company and forget ur personal life.
Whoever has given review of no work-life balance were right.
