I attended Kaar technologies off campus drive on 26, Sept, 2016. They have mentioned as such all B.E/B.Tech candidates can apply through Employability Bridge. This is where the business tactics... To make Employability Bridge popular among candidates, they mentioned as all departments are eligible.
First written round - 50 Aptitude in 50 mins and 10 Business English in 10 mins.
40 were shortlisted from 130+.
Second day GD and Interview as mentioned. In the GD, they have alloyed batch of students in which IT or CSE students comes out.
We all spoke well but the evaluators were looking only on those computer science branch of students. In the end, out of 7 in the batch, only one candidate shortlisted (from IT)
I am not saying this because I didn't get selected. But you can clearly understand the business tactics they played with Employability Bridge and Kaar technologies by giving the eligibility criteria for all streams and eliminating them all of a sudden.
Overall in the end, all you get is disappointment... But this is a very good company to get in as a fresher... Good luck...
Written topics - Mostly Logical questions like 5 persons, 5 colours and match these based on the statements given below. Beware of these questions, it takes a lot of time.
Then Calendars, Percentage, Allegations and Mixtures, Simplifications, Age problems, blood relation problems, numbers and some other topics which I forgot.
Business English - Very basic English test.
All the best...
