General on campus recruitment process of aptitude, GD, L1, L2 . It was done for 260 students which half each time at each round . After i cleared aptitude round and then GD which was followed up by technical round L1 where we were asked technical question based on our programming skills SQL and few SAP based questions and what do I know about Kaar technologies

Question 1
How well Customer relationship is to be important.
Had a 3.5 hour computer test, followed by a group discussion, then technical interview and a HR interview. The computer test consisted of Aptitude, communication, psychometric and coding in it
I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kaar Technologies (Chennai) in June 2025
Interview
First round is online assessment,
Second round is GD,
Third one is technical HR,
Fourth round is HR
All are manageable round ,prepare DSA topics repeated and focus on previous year pattern.
Note the GD is the elimination round
