I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kabbage (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2018
Interview
I was referred by a current employee. I first had a phone interview with a hiring manager to discuss the basic information about the role and my sales experience. I then had an in person panel interview with four hiring managers from the sales team. They mostly asked about my work experience and sales skills, and then they did a mock call with me based on the type of communications I handled in my previous positions. A couple days later I was called back for a final interview with Amy Zimmerman, head of people ops. This interview was the most unique and impressive pre-employment screen I've ever gone through. She was incredibly personable and asked challenging questions that really allowed me to display my personality, thought processes, and work experiences. She also offered constructive criticism of my resume during the interview that would've really transformed my job hunt had I not been offered a position with Kabbage. I thought that was an incredibly unique experience to have during an interview, and it really demonstrated Kabbage's core value of caring deeply about everyone, including potential employees.
