I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kaizen Gaming in May 2025
Interview
The interview started off very standard, covering general topics and basic introductions. However, as it progressed, the recruiter began asking questions that seemed more appropriate for a junior-level candidate. It felt disconnected from the position I had applied for and my level of experience. Overall, the process was uninspiring and didn’t reflect the role’s stated seniority or complexity.
