I was approached by this company and underwent three separate interviews over the course of three weeks only to be ghosted despite constant communication throughout the process. They probed heavily into my current company which made me question their intentions. I found it odd there was no job posting at the time and they did not ask me for a resume. After two weeks of radio silence they finally posted a job posting. Very unprofessional. Intentions seemed dishonest.
I am sorry to hear this. I personally handle all of the recruiting communications and make it a mission of mine to ensure consistent updates throughout the entire interview process.
