Met with the direct boss and her boss. Very nice, easy going, an ice breaker then talk through the job. A lot of focus was on the core values of the company. They cared about if you’d fit in with the culture of the company which leans very hard on the core values

Quick response to initial resume submission (within 24-48 hours). Great questions geared towards truly assessing my capability for the desired position. Followed up twice on decision. Heard back once. No final decision. Lots of companies do this, but it’s nice to close the loop on whether or not you’re the chosen candidate.
