After applying, I was called by a manager to discuss the position. He asked me about my availability and my experience with people. After I was offered an in person interview. We met in person and talked a lot about the position and company. He asked how I would handle certain situations with guests.

Intresting. You had to get through security and inform them that you're here for an interview, then wait in a lobby until you get called to come in. The managers are all chill, informative, reliable and very friendly.
