There were meant to be 3 people interviewing me. One didn't show up so only 2 ended up appearing. The guy seemed to know what he was talking about and wanted to know more. The lady seemed very unprepared with what to ask me. I was prepared with questions more than the lady was prepared was to ask me. I wasn't sure if that was ok. Anyway, I'm still waiting for notification from the interview. It would be nice to get some sort of interview application result regardless of whether successful or not successful. It certainly does put the applicant off from applying to the company again because of the "ghosting". Fair enough if there are 100's or 1000's of applicants in the first stage but to get through to the interview and attend the interview and not get a reply is quite cold.
