Initial phone screening followed by panel interview via zoom. Smooth process, company was clear on next steps and followed up promptly. The interviewers were warm, asked relevant questions and were courteous of my time.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kampgrounds of America (Billings, MT)
Interview
The interview process was good and exciting. It did take a long time because, in the late fall, everyone there was swamped preparing for the annual KOA convention in November.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kampgrounds of America
Interview
I had an introductory interview for a corporate position. I was told that the team was conducting these intro interviews over the next two weeks and I would hear back on next steps/if they wanted to continue the interview process after that. After more than two weeks went by without word, I followed up with the person that I had spoken with to see if they needed any additional information from me and never heard back. Unprofessional to "ghost" an interviewee and, frankly, disrespectful of my time. If you say you're going to get back to someone on X date, then get back to them on X date, even if it's to tell them they won't be advancing in the interview process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Standard questions about my background and then a few scenario questions (describe a situation where you dealt with a crisis, describe a situation where strategy was not working and you had to pivot, etc.)
