I found the job through a posting on LinkedIn. An individual in operations contacted me to schedule a screening interview. We reviewed my resume and past experience, why I'm looking for a new role and what I'm looking for in a new role. She asked why I was interested in Kane, in particular. Because Kane's work drives toward achieving client outcomes and it's an integrated agency - very strong in PR, but also marketing - she asked how I develop integrated plans to achieve outcomes and how I measure my work.

Question 1
They asked me more than one thing! One question that stood out was, "Tell me about a time when you didn't agree with the direction a client asked you to take work in. Describe the situation, how you managed it, and the outcome."
The interview process consists of multiple rounds of interviews and a writing test, my process took about 2 weeks. I interviewed with two supervisor level employees and completed a writing test with HR.

Interview
I was referred to the company by a colleague who knew I was looking. I sent an email with my resume and learned the company was looking for someone with my credentials. I went through the interview process and received an offer within a week of my final interview. They were open with me about the process.
