Then, the second interview was scheduled for in person at their facility at the start of November. The first interview included typical behavioral questions with 2 regular engineers. Second interview includes 3 rounds of 1-on-1 with managers from 3 different teams that may want you on theirs; the first person is usually the one who wants you the most. Mostly behavioral questions, some are specific to the work of that team and your experience. Got a call from the first manager about a week after that with the offer.
