Quite a nice environment, questions are about your personality and interest, free-flowing, no stress to "perform", but more about knowing yourself and why are you there

They call couple of days before a test for around 15-20 persons. They give math test not only statistics. Most of people working at the same job are majored in statistics not marketing.
