The interviewer was very busy, every 8 to 12 minutes she asked for a pause to answer texts or talk with someone behind the camera, it was very rude. There was a weird twist on events because like 48 hours after my interview they sent an email telling me that I wasn't moving forward in the process for the Research Executive role, in the interview she intended that they wanted someone with more experience, but just the day after that I saw a new job opportunity from the same company, but the role was Senior Research Executive (more experienced), but literally they were offering like 20% less than the original non Senior position. I won't say it's bad, but seemed a little weird, like if they didn't figured out how much they were willing to pay from the beginning.
