Had a conversation with the hiring manager, not a good experience. He was almost 10 minutes late and appeared to be multitasking. They did send the next step (technical challenge), but ghosted me after.

The entire process took 3 steps. First, the call with the engineering manager. The talk was friendly with standard questions. On this call, I was offered to solve a little problem and wait for feedback. After two weeks, I was invited to the next call with working engineers. It included questions – "How do you implement...? Have you worked with..? What would you change in your current assessment solution?". They told me to wait for feedback within a week if I pass to the next step – the call with the people team manager. The last call was also easy and friendly. On this call we spoke about working conditions and all sorts of bonuses. While waiting for feedback again, they informed me that they were slightly missing the deadline (grateful for this). So entire hire process took one month)
