My department was entire hired at the same time. There was no interview. It was a pretty smooth transition, even with me being in a satellite office. Kaplan Trucking knew what they were doing, and handled everything in an expedient manner.

Question 1
There was really no interview. The team reached out to Kaplan, and Kaplan responded with interest and reviewed the work onsite in Salt Lake City. This all occurred while I was working offsite in a satellite office in Colorado Springs, CO. They watched remotely as i handled the existing demands from our former company.
