Kapnick interview questions

Good. It was an easy process where I was expected to highlight five questions about me. It was a great thing. People were extremely friendly and nice in the process.

Questions were thought-provoking and gave an opportunity to visualize the applicant's future relationship with their supervisor. I felt comfortable but challenged to put my best foot forward. We spent a reasonable amount of time on my portfolio as well.
