I received a call without a prior discussion of possibly being interviewed. I was asked a few questions and then I was able to ask some of my own questions. The assistant was doing the interviewing and he did not seem like he knew exactly what to ask. He seemed hesitant and they did not specify the level of experience they were looking for.
