Pretty easy, came in and interviewed with a server, than moved on to interview with a manager, then onto an interview with the GM. All within the same day probably because it was a hiring fair

Quick, easy chat with the manager on site. Offered the job on the spot. It seems like they were in a pinch to find someone with good interpersonal skills. As long as you can show you are friendly, responsible, and engaging you should be good.
