I was contacted by a Karma recruiter. The process consisted of two phone interviews and an in person technical interview.
After the in person interview I never heard from Karma. Even if your not a fit for the role, it would be courteous to inform the candidate.
They seem very unorganized. They list software design patterns on their job description that they don't even use.

Was smooth with questions about previous jobs.
Lack of professional attitude as the Director put his legs on to the other chair in the room where I was interviewed.
The other person was eating in between the questions.
