One thirty minute interview online where they asked mostly competency questions. One in-person interview, about two hours, touring the lab and talking about the kinds of research from several of the researchers.
Easy They Will not pressure you and the questions are mostly about personality and motivation and behavior in Group setting
Felt easy and manageable and not intensive Also They are definite about the payment and Work life balance
