Screening with the recruiter on the phone. Then a phone interview with VP of Marketing. She's very hard to gage. Limited questioning. Standard "tell me about yourself and why you feel the role is a fit"?
Onsite consisted of A Wonderlic conceptual test, no math. 30 minutes with a team member. 10 minute face-to-face with VP of Marketing. Once again very hard to read. I was suppose to do a over the web interview with 2 VP of sales but they didn't show. I eventually had a phone interview with 1 of them. Final interview was with 2 Marketing mangers. They were simply a joy to speak to
I had to take a behavioral survey. Lot's of redundant questions. I needed 2 past manager references, very straightforward. Final one with 2 Marketing folks who were just a joy to speak with
Overall, everyone was so warming to me as I do not do well in stressful situations. They made it very very comfortable and really seemed to care if we BOTH were a fit for each other. Turnaround time was to meet there targeted start of the first of the year
