The interview process is a minimum of 3/4 people which includes your recruiter.
1. The recruiter just wants to know if you’re comfortable being in office 100% of the time and being there from 8:30-5:30.
2. Your next interview is usually in person with a director getting to know your personality and why you’re looking to get into tech.
3. You’re next interview is usually a director or VP and they will ask you to explain what you know about the company.
4. Your forth interview is usually your team manager they might even throw a 2nd manager in there and they will decide which team you end up on. They will send you a script for you to memorize and be able to speak a little on. They want you to ask the EXACT questions in the script. It’s fairly easy.
They are trying to hire 3000 people by end of year. Base salary is usually 48k-58k which is pretty low for tech and for Miami one of the top 5 most expensive cities in the world,
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you feel with your manager or director TELLING you what to do?
They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaseya (Norwalk, CT) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits
