A recruiter rather than a technician did the initial phone screening, in which she asked some basic personal information such as visa status and place of residence, and then finally spent about 10 minutes asking technical questions, which, since the person seemed to be reading from a script and was not technically savvy, seemed to be considered invalid when my answers were not sufficiently similar to the ones she had in her hands. Invalid answer.

The initial interview was a casual chat with a recruiter then another interview with a director followed by a technical interview with multiple members of the internal team within the company who was hiring for the position.

First we had an initial call with the HR. Then I have been invited to technical interview. It was a dull technical interview for 20-30 minutes and then it was radio silence. I did not get any response, negative or positive.
