The interview process was pretty normal or standard. The recruiter did an initial phone screening. She started by providing an introduction about the company, and role then asked HR questions. She then scheduled a panel interview with the Hiring Manager, and 2 Supervisors. After a little over a week, the recruiter provided an update, and gave me detailed instructions on the background check. After the background check cleared I got an offer. The recruiter was great because she was open for questions until my onboarding, and start date. It was a great overall experience.
