Was about a month long process they get back to you within a week or so and keep you updated , was 3 different rounds so I felt like it dragged on for a little too long
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kashable (New York, NY) in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview process for the marketing intern role I applied for was thorough but insightful. It started with submitting my resume and a portfolio of my previous work. After that, I had a phone screening where I discussed my background and why I was interested in the position. I then moved on to an interview with the hiring manager, where we talked more in-depth about my marketing experience and what I could bring to the team.

Interview
I applied on LinkedIn and was messaged that my skills were impressive and they would like to schedule an interview. I first did an interview with a recruiter in New York. They were very nice and personable. I moved to the next step and did an interview with the staff and manager. They went over the position and my skills. However, I didn't have too much debt collection experience, they advised they were trying to separate the two and have a support team/debt team. They seemed impressed but they advised it was up to the Director of the company. I scheduled with the director and did a zoom call. He was around 8-10 minutes late. He seemed like he didn't want to be there. Whenever he asked me a question, he would look down at his phone and play a video out loud. He didn't really ask me about my skills but asked me "What would make you happy?" I'm sorry what kind of question is that. When I asked him what kind of employee is he looking for on his team. He replied saying someone with skills but isn't annoying because we like to go out to eat a lot. I just looked at him like okay great.. He proceeds to say, "don't be nervous." Immediately red flags went up for me. he was very unprofessional. I almost had the urge to end the call and just not continue the interview because he was obviously watching youtube while doing the interview. I got a rejection email the following week saying they will not be moving forward. This process took me 2 months.
