Kast Distributors interview questions

Conversation with the Ops Manager. No trick questions. Interesting quote was" You have to want to work in the food industry" which I interpreted as you need to want to work for below market wages, weak benefits and poor vacation schedule. Never heard back about my interview which is odd at this level but seems par for the course per the reviews.
