Katelyn Nguyen OD interview questions

contacted through email, was referred by friend. Short interview, about 15 minutes, asked basic questions about qualifications and how I'd handle disgruntled patients. Then she spoke about the direction of the company and if I'd be willing to assist in that aspect. She said she would present my qualifications to the general manager then get back to me. She did not contact me for a couple of weeks, but finally did so after a longstanding employee quit unexpectedly. I was offered the position on a part-time basis, then my role was severely cut back, and I was allowed to only work one day a week.
