First round: hr person called and asked basic personality questions. Shortly after received an email letting me know I’m out of the running. Overall a fine process, but I only saw one part of it

Basic “how do you work in groups?” and “describe a time when you displayed leadership”
I applied online. I interviewed at Kautex in Dec 2020
Interview
The first interview is with an EDP hiring manager where they ask basic behavioral questions.
They contacted me a month later to get the second interview done with another hiring manager and the hiring manager from the manufacturing side. This was another interview for behavioral questions and some basic experience and knowledge questions.
Whole process was about 3 months. They seem to want people that will get along with their teams.
