Interview
The interview process was very easy and was also very laid back. The manager only wanted to know if I had previous experience being a waitress before, and what else I had done on the floor and in the kitchen. Once I explained my experience we talked about the hours I was interested in, and how often I wanted to work. It was very casual.

Interview
Hired on the spot for serving position, moved up to head server within a few months, moved up to bartender after about a year, moved up to management shortly after that.

They like to ask questions like "what is your biggest strength/weakness" They also look for little things like if you push your chair in or play with your hair/fidget a lot during the interview. If you interview for server or bartender your looks play a big part in getting hired.
