Applied online, had three rounds of interview - one HR, one video coding and a half day onsite. Given a verbal offer the next day, recruiter said they will have the written offer by next day but for a month they didn't sent anything. The recruiter tried to push me through a lower position interview, quoting "additional steps", when I cross questioned the process, they stopped replying. A poor show by a good company. On the day of the interview, the HR was not present to receive me, I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes. The interviewer came and asked that they thought I didn't show up. The interviewers were sitting with their laptops open, red flags I should have seen.
