Interview
The process was fairly relaxed, two interviewers, with mostly questions regarding design practices, but also questions designed to judge suitability of personally dealing with those grieving the loss of their loved ones.

Along with usual design job questions, they asked about comfort level dealing with bereaved families, and about how I would respond to helping those in such a sensitive state.
