Der Prozess ist sehr standardisiert wie im Internet beschrieben. Es gibt eine kurze Vorstellung von A.T. Kearney, dann folgen drei Einzelgespräche, welche bei mir jeweils von Personen auf Managerebene durchgeführt wurden. Atmospähre war sehr angenehm obwohl ein Interview auf Stress ausgelegt war. Zu Mittag dann Entscheidung, ob man in die zweite Runde kommt. Nachmittags Präsentation (auf Englisch, selbst zuhause vorbereitet) und Abschlussgespräch mit dem
Partner. Bekam Anruf + Angebot noch am nächsten Tag

Situation in der Sie einen kreativen Lösungsansatz hatten, Situation in denen ein Lösungsansatz vom Ihnen nicht angenommen wurde, Warum als Exot in die Beratung, Schwierigkeiten in Führungsrolle - welche, wie gelöst. Würde sagen die 'Klassiker' der Fit Questions, teils fordernd und kompliziert.

Interview
Two rounds of Case interviews. First round of unconventional case based on previous experience. Second round of profitability case with a twist in the end. Overall, the focus was on structured problem solving and culture fit rather than correct answer
4 rounds, classic case study interviews with behavioural questions. First two rounds with Associates/Managers, last two rounds with Partners, all remote interviews. Some unusual case studies but nothing out of the ordinary
