I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kearney (Johannesburg) in June 2013
Interview
3 round interview process. First round critical thinking. Second round problem solving. Third round culture fit. The first 2 rounds are individual one on one interviews. The last round is in a group setting with a partner from the firm present. The key is really impressing the first 2 interviewers.

Fit + case interview
Gmat - estudar questões de lógica, fazer questões de um case e teste de ingles
Straightforward case interviews across 3 rounds. Half the time is spent on behaviourals and the other half is the case. Culture is very important to them and it's one of the things I loved most about working there

Interview
Intense but good, very holistic and inclusive. They really wanted to get to know me and who I was as a person. It was 5 rounds and all with different people working at the firm. It was a great experience and very interactive
