They decided to jam the two rounds into one day, requiring candidates to do four interviews in one day! In contrast to other firms which take time to properly calibrate assessment of candidates. Process in one day was ridiculous and rude to candidates. The least they could have done was host us in the office between rounds and offered lunch. Instead, candidates were expected to leave their offices and kill time in the city. They had the cheek to ask me to hang around close to the office in case you got the call back so you could get back quickly. When I got a knock back in final round, the partner was surprised and totally unprepared to give any feedback when I asked. Then after I got an email from HR expected me to provide feedback for them. Very unprofessional, compared to my current top tier firm.
