Interview
Il processo di selezione è stato molto rapido ed è composto di 3 step, per un totale di 5 colloqui:
1) Colloquio conoscitivo con HR
2) 3 colloqui da 30 minuti (business case) con consulenti/managers/principals
3) Colloquio finale con partner da 1h, metà per business case e metà conoscitivo
Overall esperienza molto positiva e comunicazione chiara e veloce con gli HR. Definirei il processo di selezione come completo.

Interview
Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
- 3 times traditional case interviews online with different interviewees
- written case at office, about 1.5 hours - time to prepare & present an Excel & Powerpoint
- partner interview online at the end of it
