Kearns & West interview questions

Requested for an interview, couldn’t make the time, requested a different time. Contact didn’t respond until after first interview time came and went. Finally interviewed a week later and was told next steps would be writing sample, and another interview. It’s been 2 weeks and silence. The company completely ghosted me. Did not respond to emails for follow up or when I requested the writing prompt. Very disorganized.

First interview was with the Supervisor and the Vice President. It last around an hour with questions about why I was interested in Kearns and West and on my specific qualifications for the position. The second interview was with someone who currently held my position to describe it and answer any questions I had. With the Supervisor and one more direct supervisor. Questions were somewhat follow up to the first interview.
