They send a generic invitation to a subpar assessment platform featuring a 1-hour multiple-choice question section. This is the worst kind of screening out there.
This needs to be reassessed.

Question 1
Check the following sentences to see the differences.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Keebo (New York, NY) in Dec 2024
Interview
Keebo’s hiring process was a complete letdown. I applied for an EA position and was immediately sent a generic email inviting me to complete a one-hour assessment. This wasn’t your standard skills test—it was a mix of rating tasks from "Not Important" to "Very Important," attention-to-detail exercises, and probing questions like why I left my previous jobs, salary expectations, work preferences, and even what benefits I felt entitled to.
It felt like Keebo was outsourcing their internal decision-making to candidates instead of being upfront about pay, benefits, or expectations. Why not just include this information in the job posting instead of making applicants jump through hoops? After wasting an hour of my time, I got a rejection email with no feedback or indication of what disqualified me. Was it my salary range? My benefit preferences? Or was the "attention to detail" test just a trap? Who knows.
If this is how they treat candidates, I can’t imagine what it’s like to work there. Keebo, do better—stop with the hidden agendas and start valuing people’s time.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
The assessment included questions like:
What are your salary expectations?
What benefits do you feel you should receive?
What type of work environment do you prefer?
How do you handle stress? Provide an example.
Why did you leave all of your previous positions?
The assessment included several "find the mistake" questions and puzzle-solving tasks, such as identifying the correct photo based on given instructions. The goal seemed to be assessing attention to detail, particularly the ability to spot spelling errors and follow instructions accurately.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Keebo in Nov 2024
Interview
First round was with Justin, VP of sales. Honestly, I really liked his vibe. He seems like someone who knows his stuff, but doesn’t have an air of arrogance. Seemed like a solid team builder too. Keebo was in my top three companies shortlist to work at. But, I didn’t continue the interview process since I ended up accepting another offer.
