3 rounds of interviews, first round was introductory, second was with the UX lead, and third was with the UX director. It was about my experience as a UX researcher, what I might contribute to Keelworks, why I would want to work for Keelworks, etc.

The process is accepting and accommodating as long as you show that you're willing to do the work and commit to the aims of the organization. That's nothing hard to ask since the organization is for a good cause.

Question 1
I don't recall being asked anything unexpected or difficult. There were no trick questions in all honesty.
