I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Keepers Child Safety (New York, NY)
Interview
I went through 4 different interviews. 2 of them included technical questions. Including all managers... For my opinion, they saw my high quality. They took recommendation details and did not get back to me, after all of these long phases, did not take the time to update me about their decision. Very disrespectful.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Keepers Child Safety (Jerusalem, Jerusalem) in Oct 2019
Interview
the company didn't have HR, so first I had an onsite meeting with the CEO & VP of Product, they wanted to hear about projects I did.
Next, I had a meeting with the Android team leader and was asked a bunch of questions regarding Android development and programming principles.
They decided to go with an experienced developer and not a Graduate.

Question 1
How does the garbage collector work? Can there be memory leaks in a language with a garbage collector? Like in an Activity in Android.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Keepers Child Safety (Passaic, NJ) in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied through a program called Onward Israel. The program set me up with a video interview with one of the company's founders. The way it worked with this program was that the interviewers contacted those students they were interested in working with - so it was not a traditional interview in that once I was accepted for an interview I knew I already had the position.

Question 1
Interestingly, they didn't ask me any questions. I was told since I was talking to the founder that meant I had the position if I wanted it.
