Applied online, several days later got phone interview with HR, then invited to have the on-site interview. Interviewed with AVP and HR manager. People were very friendly and straight forward. Got offer one day later.

The hiring manager and the group asked questions to make sure I have the skill sets they are looking for. After that they gave me a tour and finally HR member asked few more questions about availability and so on.
