Following an online assessment, their was a short 20 minute interview with two directors. The interview was focused almost entirely on the assessment, and did not include any more general behavioral questions of a 'get to know you' style. Instead, they used the time to gain a deeper understanding of how you approached the assessment, how you found the task and if you would have done anything differently.
