First of all we are very thankful for your feedback. This will help us to improve and grow! However, we are sad about the bad impression you got.
The purpose of the HR-interview is to check, if we are the right place to work for the candidate and the other way around. We believe that the working environment, no matter if remote or at the office, is one of the key reasons for a happy and successful work relation. For this reason, we wanted to know why you are looking for a new challenge and see if we can offer what you are looking for.
None of our skill-checks is designed to take two weeks of the candidates time. We are very sorry that we didn't communicate this accordingly. We are convinced that there is more in life than work and for this reason we want to give every candidate enough time to finish the assignment. Maybe there has been a communication mistake, but we usually say that we will check on the candidate after two weeks and ask if there are any problems or concerns.
