Question 1
Did not make the interview process as I was rejected on Christmas morning.
2 x interviews. Discussed the role in detail including expectations and structure. Also spoke in detail about previous roles and experiences that were relevant for this role, and any questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kellanova (Chicago, IL) in July 2024
Interview
Phone screens with recruiter, followed by multiple video interviews with marketing leaders. Some tech issues made these challenging, however, moved to in-person interview with panel. Very formal, 3 people on the other side of the table for 1hr.
