Contact from USA head office, even incurred the long distance charges to phone across the continent and different country. How can they have Human Resources set appointment and never follow through as promised. How can the manager make the same empty promises.

Question 1
Regular questions. I was promised by the Human Resources in the USA, plus the hiring manager, to hear from them by "next week". Impolite, no contact. Lacks professional conduct. Not looking but saw the position slightly rewritten and posted.
