Keller Lenkner interview questions

This Zoom interview was supposed to be 30 minutes, but it was actually less than 15 minutes. I was offered to turn my camera off in the first few minutes. Then, I was only asked one question about my work experience with no follow-up questions. Most of the interview was me asking questions. The HR lady running the interview barely had any answers and said all would be answered in the second interview. I was rejected a few weeks after the interview. Luckily, I had a new job by then, but I still wonder what I did wrong that I didn't get the full 30 minutes.
